Library Services

All are welcome and encouraged to use the collection housed in the Library. Only Judges and Staff of the Industrial Court are entitled to borrow circulating materials, everyone else can use the material in-house only.  The following is list of our services of what we can do for you; please contact us if you require additional information or if you are interested in becoming a member of our Library.

LIBRARY SERVICES:

  • Reference research:        Email a Librarian - Call or visit a reference desk.
  • Photocopy / Print Requests
  • Access to our Judgment  database which includes full text of judgments.
  • Inter-library loans
  • Document delivery:         The document will be scanned and emailed to you.

Library Policies

SUBSCRIPTION POLICY:

The Library has two (2) databases - EOS (Books and Periodicals) and MINISIS (Judgments). These databases can be accessed through our subscription service.  Please contact the Industrial Court Library at (1-868) 624-0111 or (1-868) 652-5015 for more information and the cost of the copies of information that you wish to receive.

Payment for subscription can be made via the Industrial Court Libraries at our two convenient locations from Monday to Friday from 8.00 - 4.00 pm except Court and Public Holidays.


PHOTOCOPYING POLICY:

The library staff will make photocopies as a service to the public at cost. There is a limit to how many copies any one person is allowed on any given day a maximum of 75 pages or 3 judgments per day. Anything additional is at the discretion of the Librarian.

Orders may not be filled on the same day they are placed. Postage and handling costs are additional.
