[UPDATE] Practice Directions

Requirement to Wear Face Masks at the Industrial Court of Trinidad and Tobago Discontinued

By virtue of the Practice Directions of the Industrial Court of Trinidad and Tobago published in the Trinidad and Tobago Gazette, Vol. 59, No. 95, dated Sunday 7th June 2020, Bold. No. 701, staff, stakeholders and members of the public have been required:

“On entry to the Port of Spain and San Fernando Industrial Court buildings, all persons must wear a face mask. Persons without face masks will be denied entry to the buildings. Please note that face masks must be worn at all times.”

Practice Directions Vol. 59, No. 95 will no longer be in effect as at 1st June 2023.

Effective 1st June 2023, face masks are not required to be worn on entry to the buildings of the Industrial Court of Trinidad and Tobago.
